Lucknow's Navy Museum is set for a significant expansion following approval from the Uttar Pradesh cabinet. The project will add naval ship replicas, boating facilities, and immersive digital exhibits on 6.8 acres adjacent to the existing museum. The expansion, planned in three phases from 2025 to 2027, aims to enhance the city's tourism portfolio. It includes a water body with interactive displays on marine biodiversity and India's maritime history. Ticketed entry with student concessions will be implemented to make history, science, and technology more engaging for younger visitors.

उत्तर प्रदेश कैबिनेट से मंजूरी मिलने के बाद लखनऊ के नेवी म्यूजियम का बड़ा विस्तार होने वाला है। इस प्रोजेक्ट में मौजूदा म्यूजियम के बगल में 6.8 एकड़ ज़मीन पर नौसैनिक जहाजों की प्रतिकृतियां, नौकायन सुविधाएं और डिजिटल एग्ज़िबिट्स जोड़े जाएंगे। 2025 से 2027 तक तीन चरणों में होने वाला यह विस्तार शहर के पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए है। इसमें समुद्री जैव विविधता और भारत के समुद्री इतिहास पर इंटरैक्टिव डिस्प्ले के साथ एक जल निकाय भी शामिल है। इतिहास, विज्ञान और तकनीक को युवा आगंतुकों के लिए और अधिक आकर्षक बनाने के लिए छात्र रियायतों के साथ टिकट वाली एंट्री लागू की जाएगी।
