Holy Cross High School in Delaware received an initial $1 million donation from an anonymous benefactor when it opened in 2025. One year later, on the first day of its second academic year, the same donor returned with a gift of $2 million. The school refers to this benefactor as its "Angel Investor." This latest contribution comes as Holy Cross is working to establish a permanent campus on 100 acres of land in Frederica, Delaware, with plans to open in 2028.
