Knowledge Realty Trust NOI Jumps 15% in Q2, Declares Record Rs 764 Cr Distribution

Knowledge Realty Trust reported a 15% year-on-year increase in net operating income to Rs 1,140.4 crore for the September quarter, with revenue rising 13% to Rs 1,272.5 crore. The office REIT declared a record distribution of Rs 764 crore for the second quarter, resulting in a distribution per unit of Rs 1.72, an 11% increase from the previous year. The trust achieved gross leasing of 0.8 million sq ft and maintained a committed occupancy of 93%.
