The Bombay High Court has directed the Maharashtra government to provide details regarding inspections conducted by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) at state-run canteens and other eating establishments. This directive comes as the FDA, under Food Safety Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe, is actively pursuing food joint operators who are not adhering to safety standards.
