Established in February 2008 by the Seervi community, it serves as a cultural and religious hub for migrants from Rajasthan. The temple houses a 16-armed idol of Mataji, considered an avatar of Hinglaj Mata, and features an eternal flame brought from the original temple in Rajasthan. It hosts regular religious ceremonies, especially during Navratri, and provides accommodation and food for devotees, becoming a significant center of faith and peace.
