Gaya Sees Heavy Pilgrim Rush on Pitripaksh's Third

Thousands of devotees performed pind daan rituals on the third day of the fortnight-long Pitripaksh in Gaya, continuing a heavy pilgrim rush. By Sunday, over 4.6 lakh pilgrims had already arrived in the city for the spiritual event. The district administration has restricted vehicular movement in congested areas around Vishnupad to manage the large crowds. Officials are working to review arrangements and ensure smooth conduct of the rituals throughout the mela.

पितृपक्ष के तीसरे दिन गया में हजारों श्रद्धालुओं ने पिंडदान अनुष्ठान किया, जिससे श्रद्धालुओं की भारी भीड़ जारी रही। रविवार तक, आध्यात्मिक आयोजन के लिए 4.6 लाख से अधिक तीर्थयात्री शहर में आ चुके थे। जिला प्रशासन ने भारी भीड़ को प्रबंधित करने के लिए विष्णुपाद के आसपास के भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों में वाहनों की आवाजाही प्रतिबंधित कर दी है। अधिकारी मेले के दौरान अनुष्ठानों के सुचारू संचालन को सुनिश्चित करने और व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा करने के लिए काम कर रहे हैं।
