Delhi Restricts Older Vehicles From Outside City

Starting November 1, Delhi will restrict older vehicles registered outside the city that do not meet BS-VI emission standards from entering. This measure aims to combat rising air pollution levels ahead of winter. Vehicles running on CNG, LNG, or electricity are exempt from this restriction. The Delhi government has also announced other measures, including doubling parking fees and mandating 50% of the workforce to work from home, to reduce vehicular pollution.
