ED Registers Case Against Punjab CM's OSD Rajbir Ghumman

ED has registered a case against Rajbir Singh Ghumman, OSD to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, in Jalandhar. This action follows an ED report and an order from the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Ghumman is accused of allegedly influencing transfer-posting, tenders, policy decisions, and land use changes for economic gain. Previously, the CBI had also filed an FIR against Ghumman and five others, conducting raids across multiple districts.

पंजाब सीएम के ओएसडी राजबीर घुम्मन के खिलाफ ईडी ने दर्ज किया केस

ईडी ने जालंधर में पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान के ओएसडी राजबीर सिंह घुम्मन के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। यह कार्रवाई ईडी की रिपोर्ट और पंजाब-हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद हुई है। घुम्मन पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने आर्थिक लाभ के लिए ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग, टेंडर, नीतिगत फैसले और जमीन के इस्तेमाल में बदलाव को प्रभावित किया। इससे पहले सीबीआई भी घुम्मन और पांच अन्य के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कर चुकी है और कई जिलों में छापेमारी कर चुकी है।
