Punjab & Haryana HC Orders Postmortem In Chandigarh PGI For Daljit Singh

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has ordered that the postmortem of Daljit Singh, a resident of Mansa who allegedly died from a drug overdose, be conducted at Chandigarh's PGI. The body must be handed over within 15 hours for the procedure to be completed within a set timeframe. The postmortem report will be submitted directly to the High Court by 1:45 PM. The court has also directed the DGPs of Punjab and Chandigarh to oversee all arrangements from the postmortem to the funeral.

पंजाब और हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने मनसा के रहने वाले दलजीत सिंह, जिनकी कथित तौर पर ड्रग ओवरडोज से मौत हो गई थी, के पोस्टमॉर्टम को चंडीगढ़ के PGI में कराने का आदेश दिया है। तय समय सीमा के भीतर प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के लिए 15 घंटे के भीतर शव सौंपना होगा। पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट दोपहर 1:45 बजे तक सीधे हाईकोर्ट में जमा की जाएगी। कोर्ट ने पंजाब और चंडीगढ़ के DGPs को पोस्टमॉर्टम से लेकर अंतिम संस्कार तक की सभी व्यवस्थाओं की देखरेख करने का भी निर्देश दिया है।
