The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued a notice to AB Hotels Ltd, the operator of Radisson Blu Hotel in New Delhi, citing significant hygiene and food safety lapses. The hotel was found to have poor premises maintenance, including rusted equipment and refrigeration issues, alongside inadequate cleaning and pest control measures. Deficiencies were also noted in food handling practices, vendor checks, and the segregation of food items.

भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण (FSSAI) ने नई दिल्ली के रेडिसन ब्लू होटल के ऑपरेटर, एबी होटल्स लिमिटेड को, हाइजीन और खाद्य सुरक्षा में गंभीर खामियों के चलते एक नोटिस जारी किया है। होटल में खराब परिसर रखरखाव पाया गया, जिसमें जंग लगे उपकरण और रेफ्रिजरेशन की समस्याएँ शामिल थीं, साथ ही अपर्याप्त सफाई और कीट नियंत्रण के उपाय भी थे। खाद्य प्रबंधन प्रथाओं, विक्रेता जांच और खाद्य पदार्थों के अलगाव में भी कमियाँ पाई गईं।
