A team of senior transplant specialists from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi collaborated with TRIHMS doctors for the surgery. This advancement aims to provide advanced medical treatment within the state, reducing the need for patients to travel to major cities for specialized care. The state government is also enhancing financial aid for organ transplants.

अरुणाचल प्रदेश ने अपने पहले सफल किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण मेडिकल उपलब्धि हासिल की है। यह प्रक्रिया ईटानगर के TRIHMS में हुई। नई दिल्ली के सर गंगा राम अस्पताल के वरिष्ठ ट्रांसप्लांट विशेषज्ञों की एक टीम ने TRIHMS डॉक्टरों के साथ मिलकर सर्जरी की। इस प्रगति का उद्देश्य राज्य के भीतर उन्नत चिकित्सा उपचार प्रदान करना है, जिससे मरीजों को विशेष देखभाल के लिए बड़े शहरों की यात्रा करने की आवश्यकता कम हो जाएगी। राज्य सरकार अंग प्रत्यारोपण के लिए वित्तीय सहायता भी बढ़ा रही है।
