Meta reported a significant revenue increase to $64.6 billion in the third quarter, driven by a strong advertising performance across Facebook and Instagram, which generated about $63.1 billion. However, the company's capital expenditure reached $34.9 billion, leading to negative free cash flow of approximately $2.1 billion due to substantial investments in AI infrastructure. Meta also introduced a new non-voting stock class to enhance financial flexibility while maintaining Mark Zuckerberg's control. The company anticipates fourth-quarter revenue between $73 billion and $76 billion, signaling continued advertising momentum.
