Well-priced IPOs Crucial For Long-Term Market Credibility: Kamraj Negi

Kamraj Negi, MD & CEO of Pantomath Capital, believes well-priced Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) are essential for building long-term market credibility. He stated that the pace of IPO issuance depends on market volatility, valuations, and companies' ability to execute offerings within favourable windows. Negi noted that while large IPOs can absorb liquidity, they do not necessarily crowd out smaller ones if companies have strong fundamentals and credible growth prospects. He remains constructive on India's primary market for the second half of FY27, expecting investors to become more selective.

पेंटोमैथ कैपिटल के एमडी और सीईओ कामराज नेगी का मानना है कि अच्छी कीमत वाले इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग (आईपीओ) लंबी अवधि की बाजार विश्वसनीयता बनाने के लिए ज़रूरी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आईपीओ जारी करने की गति बाजार की अस्थिरता, मूल्यांकन और कंपनियों की अनुकूल समय में ऑफरिंग को पूरा करने की क्षमता पर निर्भर करती है। नेगी ने कहा कि बड़े आईपीओ लिक्विडिटी को सोख सकते हैं, लेकिन वे जरूरी नहीं कि छोटे आईपीओ को बाहर कर दें यदि कंपनियों के फंडामेंटल मजबूत हों और विकास की संभावनाएँ विश्वसनीय हों। उन्होंने वित्त वर्ष 27 की दूसरी छमाही के लिए भारत के प्राइमरी मार्केट पर सकारात्मक रुख बनाए रखा है, निवेशकों के अधिक चुनिंदा होने की उम्मीद है।
