Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have sold their Beverly Hills mansion for $10.18 million, significantly below the initial asking price of $12.95 million. The property, purchased by the couple in 2021, sold for only slightly more than their acquisition cost before expenses. The mansion underwent a designer-led transformation, blending ornate architectural details with cleaner lines. The sale followed a period of listing activity, including a deal that fell through and subsequent relisting.
