Two Youths Drown During Ganesh Visarjan

Two youths drowned in the Godavari River during Ganesh Visarjan in Parbhani district, Maharashtra. The incident occurred in the Dhanora Kale village area of Purna taluka when the two, identified as Munjaji Ashrob Ghorpade (17) and Gajanan Ramdas Ghorpade (20), lost their balance while immersing a Ganesh idol. Fellow Ganesh Mandal members attempted a rescue but were unsuccessful. A search operation was launched by the police and local divers, continuing late into the night and resuming in the morning, but the youths have not yet been found.

महाराष्ट्र के परभणी जिले में गणेश विसर्जन के दौरान गोदावरी नदी में दो युवकों की डूबने से मौत हो गई। पूर्णा तालुका के धनोरा काले गांव के पास यह हादसा तब हुआ जब मुंजाजी अश्रोब घोरपड़े (17) और गजानन रामदास घोरपड़े (20) गणेश की मूर्ति विसर्जित करते समय अपना संतुलन खो बैठे। पुलिस और स्थानीय गोताखोरों ने देर रात तक तलाशी अभियान चलाया, लेकिन दोनों का पता नहीं चला है।
