Vellore to Host 11th International Cell and Gene Therapy Conference in October

CMC in Vellore will host the 11th International Cell and Gene Therapy Conference (CGTCON 2026) from October 8 to October 10. The event, organised by CMC and the Centre for Stem Cell Research, will feature a workshop and showcase advancements in treating major diseases. Topics covered include haematological, ocular, diabetic, neurological, cardiovascular, and dermatological disorders, alongside organoids, nucleic acid delivery, and advanced therapeutics manufacturing. The conference aims to foster collaboration among clinicians, scientists, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.

वेल्लोर में सीएमसी 8 से 10 अक्टूबर तक 11वीं इंटरनेशनल सेल एंड जीन थेरेपी कॉन्फ्रेंस (CGTCON 2026) की मेज़बानी करेगा। सीएमसी और सेंटर फॉर स्टेम सेल रिसर्च द्वारा आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में एक वर्कशॉप होगी और प्रमुख बीमारियों के इलाज में हुई प्रगति दिखाई जाएगी। इसमें हेमटोलॉजिकल, ऑक्यूलर, डायबिटिक, न्यूरोलॉजिकल, कार्डियोवैस्कुलर और डर्मेटोलॉजिकल डिसऑर्डर के साथ-साथ ऑर्गेनॉइड्स, न्यूक्लिक एसिड डिलीवरी और एडवांस्ड थेराप्यूटिक्स मैन्युफैक्चरिंग जैसे विषयों को कवर किया जाएगा। कॉन्फ्रेंस का लक्ष्य क्लिनिशियन, वैज्ञानिकों, उद्योग भागीदारों और नियामक निकायों के बीच सहयोग को बढ़ावा देना है।
