ASI Warns Amritsar MC Against Parking Move At Rambagh Gardens

The ASI fears the plot, previously housing a water tank, is being developed for parking, which could alter the character of the protected monument. The Amritsar municipal corporation has denied making any changes, stating they are removing a parking facility. The ASI plans to issue a notice to the MC, asserting that no alterations affecting the monument's character can be made without approval.
