BJP MLA Slams Minister Over Alleged Association With Murder Accused

A BJP MLA in West Bengal has publicly criticized his own party's minister, Arjun Singh, for sharing a stage with individuals allegedly linked to a 2020 murder case. MLA Kaustav Bagchi questioned how leaders could associate with people named as accused in the murder of BJP leader Manish Shukla. Shukla was shot dead outside a BJP office in October 2020, and the CID arrested several individuals. Bagchi stated that his constituents are questioning him over these associations, and he plans to take legal action by writing to authorities.
