The Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) will introduce a six-month certificate programme in Care Science to enhance scientific caregiving standards. The university Senate unanimously approved the initiative, which aims to improve care quality for the elderly, children, and the general public. This programme will offer structured, science-based training in geriatric and childcare, equipping unemployed individuals with practical skills for employment in the growing caregiving sector.
