Hollywood Embraces AI After Initial Hesitation

Hollywood, initially hesitant about AI due to intellectual property and actor concerns, is now warming to the technology. This shift was highlighted in early March when Netflix acquired a small company for $587 million. The studios and actors had previously made AI a central issue during their 2023 strike action, fearing misuse of their work and actors becoming mere raw material for AI systems.
