Adani Entities Swap Shares Worth Rs 2,498 Crore

Adani Group promoter entities swapped 86 lakh shares of Adani Enterprises in block deals valued at Rs 2,498 crore on Friday. Adani Infra (India) and Adani Properties acquired the shares, representing a 0.63 per cent stake, from Infinite Trade And Investment Ltd. The shares were traded at an average price of Rs 2,905 each. This internal transfer does not change the overall promoter shareholding in the company. Adani Enterprises' stock closed marginally higher at Rs 2,916.50 on the NSE.
