Gujarat's education department has issued new guidelines for entry into government schools, requiring prior written permission from the principal or head of institution for any outsider. Visitors must also register their details in a visitor register before entering the school premises. This rule, citing Supreme Court directives and the principle of 'In Loco Parentis', aims to ensure the safety, dignity, and privacy of students. Unauthorized entry or photography will lead to immediate police notification.

गुजरात के स्कूलों में अब बाहरी लोगों के आने से पहले लेनी होगी लिखित इजाज़त सुरक्षा के लिए नए नियम लागू

गुजरात के शिक्षा विभाग ने सरकारी स्कूलों में बाहरी लोगों के प्रवेश के लिए नए दिशानिर्देश जारी किए हैं। अब किसी भी बाहरी व्यक्ति को स्कूल परिसर में घुसने से पहले प्रिंसिपल या संस्था प्रमुख से लिखित अनुमति लेनी होगी। आगंतुकों को स्कूल में घुसने से पहले विज़िटर रजिस्टर में अपने विवरण भी दर्ज कराने होंगे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देशों और 'इन लोको पैरेंटिस' के सिद्धांत का हवाला देते हुए, इस नियम का उद्देश्य छात्रों की सुरक्षा, गरिमा और गोपनीयता सुनिश्चित करना है। अनधिकृत प्रवेश या फोटोग्राफी पर तुरंत पुलिस को सूचित किया जाएगा।
