The Society for Social Audit Accountability and Transparency of Andhra Pradesh (SSAAT) has received the SKOCH Gold Award, becoming the first State Social Audit Organisation to do so. आंध्र प्रदेश की सोसाइटी फॉर सोशल ऑडिट एकाउंटेबिलिटी एंड ट्रांसपेरेंसी (SSAAT) को SKOCH गोल्ड अवॉर्ड मिला है। यह ऐसा करने वाली पहली स्टेट सोशल ऑडिट ऑर्गनाइजेशन बन गई है। यह अवॉर्ड सोशल ऑडिट में लोगों को प्राथमिकता देने और सरकारी कार्यक्रमों में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही बढ़ाने के उनके प्रयासों के लिए दिया गया है। SSAAT ने ऑडिट में ज़्यादा लोगों को शामिल करने, नतीजों को सार्वजनिक करने और रिपोर्ट्स को डिजिटल बनाने जैसी पहलें की हैं। इन कोशिशों का मकसद ग्रामीण विकास और कल्याण योजनाओं के अमल में जनता की भागीदारी और निगरानी को मज़बूत करना है।
