He accused the state government of being the most corrupt and incompetent in India. Gandhi urged Chief Minister Mohan Yadav to address the ground reality, highlighting issues like lack of basic health facilities, disease control, clean water, and crumbling health systems.

बालाघाट जिले में बीमारी और कुपोषण से 30 से ज़्यादा आदिवासी बच्चों की मौत पर राहुल गांधी ने मध्य प्रदेश सरकार को घेरा है। उन्होंने राज्य सरकार को देश की सबसे भ्रष्ट और निकम्मी बताया। गांधी ने मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव से कहा कि ज़मीनी हकीकत देखें, जहाँ स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं, बीमारियों पर काबू, साफ पानी और चरमरा रही स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था जैसी दिक्कतें हैं।
