TCS to Hire 15,000 in US, Unfazed by Green Card Curbs

Tata Consultancy Services has stated that fresh US curbs on Green Card filings will not impact its plans, as the company intends to hire 15,000 people in the United States over the next five years. TCS is among eight firms, including Infosys, affected by the Trump administration's decision to freeze some Green Card filings. The company expressed confidence that the suspension from the Permanent Labor Certification Program (PERM) will not affect its workforce strategy or customer engagements.

टाटा कंसल्टेंसी सर्विसेज (TCS) ने कहा है कि ग्रीन कार्ड फाइलिंग पर अमेरिका के नए नियम उसकी योजनाओं पर असर नहीं डालेंगे। कंपनी अगले 5 सालों में अमेरिका में 15,000 लोगों को नौकरी देने का इरादा रखती है। TCS उन आठ कंपनियों में से एक है, जिनमें Infosys भी शामिल है, जो Trump प्रशासन के ग्रीन कार्ड फाइलिंग रोकने के फैसले से प्रभावित हुई हैं। कंपनी को भरोसा है कि Permanent Labor Certification Program (PERM) से निलंबन उसकी वर्कफोर्स रणनीति या ग्राहकों के साथ काम पर असर नहीं डालेगा।
