Maurice Shnaider, the uncle of Shiri Bibas and her two young sons who were murdered by Hamas, has taken his fight for justice to the International Criminal Court (ICC). Shiri Bibas and her children, Ariel and Kfir, became prominent faces of Israeli hostages after being taken during the Oct. 7 attacks. Shnaider has filed cases requesting warrants against Iranian officials for alleged war crimes and genocide. He seeks accountability for the deaths of his niece, her children, and his sister and brother-in-law, who were also killed on Oct. 7.
