Lodha Developers Files Third Case Against Former Director Over Rs 6.67 Crore Loss

Lodha Developers has filed a third case against former director Rajendra Lodha and others, alleging a Rs 6.67 crore loss due to irregularities in a land deal and a flat sale. The complaint details a Rs 5 crore brokerage adjustment for a Lower Parel flat, originally priced at Rs 6.86 crore, which was sold for Rs 5.36 crore. Irregularities in the acquisition of 6,420 square metres of land in Mankoli, Bhiwandi, are also cited.
