चंडीगढ़ की स्टेट एग्रीकल्चरल मार्केटिंग बोर्ड 23 शॉप-कम-ऑफिस (SCO) साइटों की नीलामी करेगी। ये साइटें सेक्टर 39 मार्केट में स्थित हैं और फल व सब्जी व्यापार के लिए तय की गई हैं। हर साइट लगभग 100 वर्ग मीटर की है, जिसका रिजर्व प्राइस ₹5.30 करोड़ और अर्नेस्ट मनी डिपॉजिट ₹10.61 लाख है। इस नीलामी का मकसद शहर के बड़े थोक बाजारों में से एक में व्यापार को आसान बनाना है, जिससे कृषि क्षेत्र के व्यवसायों को अवसर मिलेंगे।
