Yorkshire Wildlife Park has confirmed the tiger involved in a fatal incident will not be euthanised. The tiger, named Altai, is safe and uninjured. The park issued a statement offering sympathies to the family of the man who died after entering the enclosure on Saturday, October 10. Emergency services attempted to save the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The park will remain closed for staff support.
