CJP Convener Abhijeet Dipke Released by Court on Condition of Peace

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) convener Abhijeet Dipke and co-conveners Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were released by an executive magistrate nearly 24 hours after their detention by Delhi Police. The court imposed a condition that they must not breach the peace for one year. The three were detained from a plane upon landing in Delhi. This release follows a crackdown on a CJP protest demanding the Chief Election Commissioner's resignation, which saw thousands detained. Dipke's grandmother passed away on Saturday.

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के संयोजक अभिजीत दिपके और सह-संयोजक सौरव दास और आशुतोष रंका को दिल्ली पुलिस द्वारा हिरासत में लिए जाने के लगभग 24 घंटे बाद एक कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट ने रिहा कर दिया। कोर्ट ने शर्त लगाई कि उन्हें एक साल तक शांति भंग नहीं करनी होगी। तीनों को दिल्ली में उतरने पर एक विमान से हिरासत में लिया गया था। यह रिहाई मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त के इस्तीफे की मांग कर रहे CJP विरोध प्रदर्शन पर कार्रवाई के बाद हुई है, जिसमें हजारों लोगों को हिरासत में लिया गया था। दिपके की दादी का शनिवार को निधन हो गया था।
