Supreme Court Upholds Lalu Prasad Yadav's Bail

The Supreme Court has rejected a plea seeking cancellation of bail granted to RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav in a fodder scam case. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लालू प्रसाद यादव को चारा घोटाले में मिली ज़मानत रद्द करने की अर्ज़ी खारिज कर दी है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि झारखंड हाई कोर्ट के पास ज़मानत देने का अधिकार था। यह फैसला ऐसे समय आया है जब लालू यादव करोड़ों रुपये के पशुपालन घोटाले से जुड़े कई भ्रष्टाचार के मामलों का सामना कर रहे हैं।
