A Wyoming landowner's 640-acre property, isolated and surrounded by a neighboring ranch, will now have legal road access. The Wyoming Supreme Court upheld the creation of a private road across the Little Medicine Creek Ranch property. Wagonhound Land & Livestock Company, the owner of the isolated parcel, was granted access after negotiations failed and a legal dispute ensued. The court also confirmed $61,200 in compensation to the neighboring ranch for the easement, though it overturned two restrictions on the road's use due to insufficient evidence.
