Two unidentified men in Rajkot devised a cunning scheme to steal ₹1.58 lakh from 22 ATM users in a single day. They jammed the cash dispenser of an SBI ATM with a cardboard strip, trapping cash dispensed to customers. The victims, believing the machine malfunctioned, left without their money. The thieves then collected the trapped cash. The operation was discovered when a customer reported not receiving his withdrawn cash, leading to an investigation of internal logs and CCTV footage. The stolen amounts per victim ranged from ₹100 to ₹20,000.

राजकोट में दो अज्ञात लोगों ने एक दिन में 22 एटीएम उपयोगकर्ताओं से ₹1.58 लाख चुराने की एक चालाक योजना बनाई। उन्होंने एसबीआई एटीएम के कैश डिस्पेंसर को कार्डबोर्ड की पट्टी से जाम कर दिया, जिससे ग्राहकों को निकलने वाले पैसे फंस गए। पीड़ितों ने सोचा कि मशीन खराब हो गई है और बिना पैसे लिए चले गए। इसके बाद चोरों ने फंसे हुए पैसे निकाल लिए। जब एक ग्राहक ने शिकायत की कि उसे निकाले गए पैसे नहीं मिले, तो इस ऑपरेशन का पता चला, जिससे आंतरिक लॉग और सीसीटीवी फुटेज की जांच हुई। प्रति पीड़ित चुराई गई राशि ₹100 से ₹20,000 तक थी।
