Lodha Developers Q2 Profit Surges 28%, Set to Exceed FY27 Guidance

Lodha Developers reported a 28.3 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,013 crore for the second quarter. Revenue from operations also grew by 17.6 per cent to Rs 4,468 crore during the same period. The company's strong first-half performance, with profit after tax rising 63 per cent to Rs 2,386 crore, positions it to easily surpass its full-year profit guidance. Managing Director Abhishek Lodha highlighted robust growth and underlying profitability, with first-half pre-sales exceeding 40 per cent of the annual target.

लोढ़ा डेवलपर्स ने दूसरी तिमाही में 1,013 करोड़ रुपये के समेकित शुद्ध लाभ में 28.3 प्रतिशत की साल-दर-साल वृद्धि दर्ज की। इसी अवधि में परिचालन से राजस्व भी 17.6 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 4,468 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। कंपनी का मजबूत पहली छमाही का प्रदर्शन, जिसमें कर-पश्चात लाभ 63 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 2,386 करोड़ रुपये हो गया, इसे पूरे साल के लाभ मार्गदर्शन को आसानी से पार करने की स्थिति में रखता है। प्रबंध निदेशक अभिषेक लोढ़ा ने मजबूत वृद्धि और अंतर्निहित लाभप्रदता पर प्रकाश डाला, जिसमें पहली छमाही की प्री-सेल्स वार्षिक लक्ष्य का 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक रही।
