BJP Accuses Congress of Turning Supreme Court Into Protest Site

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has accused Rahul Gandhi and his allies of attempting to transform the Supreme Court premises into a protest site. BJP National Spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia stated that the Congress leaders used "mob pressure to intimidate the judiciary" during a recent march. He further alleged that Rahul Gandhi has been named as a respondent in a petition filed by Supreme Court advocates regarding this matter. The BJP spokesperson also targeted Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra over alleged misconduct towards female police personnel during protests.

भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) ने राहुल गांधी और उनके सहयोगियों पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट परिसर को विरोध स्थल में बदलने की कोशिश करने का आरोप लगाया है। बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता गौरव भाटिया ने कहा कि कांग्रेस नेताओं ने हालिया मार्च के दौरान "न्यायपालिका को डराने के लिए भीड़ का दबाव" इस्तेमाल किया। उन्होंने आगे आरोप लगाया कि इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वकीलों द्वारा दायर एक याचिका में राहुल गांधी का नाम उत्तरदाता के रूप में शामिल किया गया है। बीजेपी प्रवक्ता ने विरोध प्रदर्शनों के दौरान महिला पुलिस कर्मियों के प्रति कथित कदाचार को लेकर गांधी और प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा को भी निशाना बनाया।
