Telangana Deputy CM Bhatti Orders Review of SC/ST Sub-Plan Fund Utilisation

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka has directed officials to expedite the utilisation of funds allocated under the SC and ST sub-plans. He stressed that these allocations, meant for the welfare of marginalised communities, must be spent fully and without delay. A review meeting identified agriculture, health, energy, and social welfare departments for focused monitoring due to significant gaps in fund utilisation. Vikramarka also called for strengthening state finances through improved revenue, expenditure control, and debt restructuring, emphasizing efficient resource use and alignment with development priorities.

तेलंगाना के उप मुख्यमंत्री भट्टी विक्रमार्का ने अधिकारियों को एससी और एसटी सब-प्लान के तहत आवंटित धन के उपयोग में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि हाशिए पर पड़े समुदायों के कल्याण के लिए ये आवंटन पूरी तरह और बिना किसी देरी के खर्च किए जाने चाहिए। एक समीक्षा बैठक में फंड के उपयोग में महत्वपूर्ण अंतर के कारण कृषि, स्वास्थ्य, ऊर्जा और सामाजिक कल्याण विभागों को केंद्रित निगरानी के लिए पहचाना गया। विक्रमार्का ने राजस्व, व्यय नियंत्रण और ऋण पुनर्गठन में सुधार के माध्यम से राज्य के वित्त को मजबूत करने का भी आह्वान किया, जिसमें संसाधनों के कुशल उपयोग और विकास प्राथमिकताओं के साथ संरेखण पर जोर दिया गया।
