India Software Exports Rise 8.2% To $221.4 Billion

India's software services exports saw an 8.2% year-on-year increase in FY26, reaching US$221.4 billion, according to RBI data. Computer services formed over two-thirds of these exports, with BPO services dominating IT enabled services. Private limited companies showed strong growth. The United States remained the primary destination, accounting for 54.1% of exports, followed by European countries. The majority of services were delivered off-site.

आरबीआई के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, वित्त वर्ष 26 में भारत के सॉफ्टवेयर सेवाओं के निर्यात में सालाना 8.2% की बढ़ोतरी हुई, जो 221.4 अरब अमेरिकी डॉलर तक पहुंच गया। कंप्यूटर सेवाओं का निर्यात में दो-तिहाई से अधिक हिस्सा रहा, जिसमें बीपीओ सेवाओं का दबदबा रहा। प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनियों ने अच्छी वृद्धि दिखाई। अमेरिका सबसे बड़ा गंतव्य बना रहा, जो 54.1% निर्यात के साथ पहले स्थान पर था, इसके बाद यूरोपीय देशों का नंबर आया।
