Bombay High Court Allows Actor Imran Khan Pal To Stay In India

The Bombay High Court has permitted actor Imran Khan Pal to continue residing in India until the next hearing on December 7. This decision follows his unconditional apology and a commitment to refrain from participating in future protests. The court, however, has not yet quashed the 'Leave India' notice issued against him. A detailed response from the Centre has been requested before the court makes a final decision on the matter. Mr. Khan had challenged the notice directing him to leave the country.
