Ahmedabad DEO Notices Sarkhej School For Shifting Premises Without Approval

The Ahmedabad city district education officer (DEO) has issued a notice to Al-Huda School in Sarkhej for allegedly shifting its premises and conducting classes at another location without necessary permission. An inspection team found classes were being held at an unapproved site, prompting the DEO to seek an immediate explanation. The department stressed that schools must operate only from approved locations and cannot shift independently. Failure to comply could lead to further disciplinary proceedings against the school management.

अहमदाबाद शहर के जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी (डीईओ) ने अल-हुदा स्कूल, सरखेज को कथित तौर पर बिना ज़रूरी इजाज़त के अपना परिसर बदलने और दूसरी जगह पर कक्षाएं चलाने के लिए नोटिस जारी किया है। एक निरीक्षण टीम ने पाया कि कक्षाएं एक गैर-मंजूरशुदा जगह पर चल रही थीं, जिसके बाद डीईओ ने तत्काल स्पष्टीकरण मांगा है। विभाग ने जोर देकर कहा कि स्कूलों को केवल मंजूरशुदा स्थानों से ही संचालन करना चाहिए और वे स्वतंत्र रूप से जगह नहीं बदल सकते। पालन न करने पर स्कूल प्रबंधन के खिलाफ आगे अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई हो सकती है।
