Mumbai to Get Driverless Buses Connecting Bullet Train Stations

Mumbai is planning to introduce driverless elevated automated buses to connect the upcoming Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train stations with the metro network. VVCMC is considering an AGT system, which will feature cars running on wheels on a special guideway, passing over roads. This proposed 3.1 km elevated corridor will link the bullet train station in Virar East to the metro station in Nalasopara.

मुंबई में आने वाले मुंबई-अहमदाबाद बुलेट ट्रेन स्टेशनों को मेट्रो नेटवर्क से जोड़ने के लिए ड्राइवरलेस एलिवेटेड ऑटोमेटेड बसें शुरू करने की योजना है। VVCMC एक AGT सिस्टम पर विचार कर रहा है, जिसमें पहियों पर चलने वाली कारें एक विशेष गाइडवे पर सड़कों के ऊपर से गुजरेंगी। यह प्रस्तावित 3.1 किमी एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर विरार ईस्ट में बुलेट ट्रेन स्टेशन को नालासोपारा में मेट्रो स्टेशन से जोड़ेगा।
