Chidambaram Questions Voter Deletions Impact

Senior Congress leader P Chidambaram stated that voter deletions during electoral roll revisions were incorrect and that those names should have remained. However, he expressed uncertainty that these deletions were the sole reason for the TVK's victory or the DMK's defeat in the recent Tamil Nadu assembly elections. Chidambaram called for an immediate halt to the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process in other states and the restoration of deleted voter names.
