Shinde's Shiv Sena Received 100x More Donations Than Uddhav's, Raj Thackeray's Parties

Election Commission reports reveal Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena received approximately ₹139.92 crore in donations for FY 2025-26. In contrast, UBT garnered about ₹1.25 crore, and Raj Thackeray's MNS secured approximately ₹1.50 crore. This means Shinde's party received about 112 times more than Uddhav's and 93 times more than Raj's. Major contributions to Shinde's faction came from construction and infrastructure companies, with three donations alone totaling ₹75 crore. Uddhav's party received funds from entities like Juniper Hotels, while MNS reported contributions from Saraswat Construction.

चुनाव आयोग की रिपोर्ट बताती है कि एकनाथ शिंदे की शिवसेना को वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए लगभग ₹139.92 करोड़ का चंदा मिला। वहीं, उद्धव ठाकरे की शिवसेना (UBT) को करीब ₹1.25 करोड़ और राज ठाकरे की MNS को लगभग ₹1.50 करोड़ मिले। इसका मतलब है कि शिंदे की पार्टी को उद्धव की पार्टी से करीब 112 गुना और राज ठाकरे की पार्टी से 93 गुना ज्यादा चंदा मिला। शिंदे की पार्टी को सबसे ज्यादा चंदा कंस्ट्रक्शन और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कंपनियों से मिला, जिनमें से तीन चंदे अकेले ₹75 करोड़ के थे। उद्धव की पार्टी को Juniper Hotels जैसी संस्थाओं से फंड मिला, जबकि MNS ने Saraswat Construction से चंदा मिलने की रिपोर्ट दी है।
