A 75-year-old milk and jalebi business, originating from a wrestler's post-training snack preference, has become a four-generation legacy in Kota. The shop, named after grandfather Shambhu Lal, who was a wrestler himself, is now participating in the Kota Dussehra fair for the first time. The business emphasizes purity, using desi ghee for jalebis and pure milk for rabri. Daily, between 500 to 1000 customers are flocking to the stall, enjoying the unchanged taste.
