A 31-year-old credit manager was allegedly tied to a tree and beaten to death with sticks by his girlfriend's family in Gujarat's Mehsana district. The incident occurred late Wednesday night when the man, Ranjitji Thakor, went to meet his girlfriend in Thangna village. Her mother, brother, and uncle are among the four people arrested by the police. Thakor, who was divorced, had been in a relationship with the woman for two years. His family discovered his body with visible injury marks after being informed by a relative.

गुजरात के मेहसाणा जिले में एक 31 वर्षीय क्रेडिट मैनेजर को कथित तौर पर एक पेड़ से बांधकर उसकी प्रेमिका के परिवार ने लाठियों से पीट-पीटकर मार डाला। यह घटना बुधवार देर रात तब हुई जब युवक, रंजीतजी ठाकोर, थंगना गांव में अपनी प्रेमिका से मिलने गया था। पुलिस ने उसकी मां, भाई और चाचा सहित चार लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। ठाकोर, जो तलाकशुदा थे, दो साल से महिला के साथ रिश्ते में थे। एक रिश्तेदार द्वारा सूचित किए जाने के बाद परिवार ने उसके शरीर पर चोट के निशान देखे।
