Bihar MLA Anant Singh Loses Bail, Must Surrender

Bahubali MLA Anant Singh, expelled from JD(U), has received another setback from the Supreme Court in the Dularchand Yadav murder case. The apex court cancelled his bail and ordered him to surrender. The court also directed the investigation to be completed within four months. This decision came after Dularchand Yadav's grandson, Neeraj Kumar, challenged the bail granted by the Patna High Court. The Supreme Court rejected Singh's plea for an extension to surrender, even after he cited his daughter's wedding.

जदयू से निकाले गए बाहुबली विधायक अनंत सिंह को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से दुलारचंद यादव हत्याकांड में एक और झटका लगा है। शीर्ष अदालत ने उनकी जमानत रद्द कर दी है और उन्हें सरेंडर करने का आदेश दिया है। अदालत ने चार महीने में जांच पूरी करने का भी निर्देश दिया है। यह फैसला पटना हाई कोर्ट द्वारा जमानत दिए जाने को दुलारचंद यादव के पोते नीरज कुमार द्वारा चुनौती देने के बाद आया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सिंह की बेटी की शादी का हवाला देने के बावजूद सरेंडर करने की मोहलत की उनकी अर्जी खारिज कर दी।
