The court ordered the immediate removal of objectionable posts from social media platforms, citing potential damage to her reputation and dignity. The AI content reportedly depicted the Chief Minister in various demeaning roles, including as a liquor vendor and delivery agent. The lawsuit also seeks a permanent injunction against the creation and dissemination of synthetic media, identification of perpetrators, and compensation of ₹2,00,10,000.

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने सीएम रेखा गुप्ता को AI-जनित डीपफेक तस्वीरों और वीडियो से जुड़े एक मुकदमे में अंतरिम राहत दी है। कोर्ट ने उनकी प्रतिष्ठा और गरिमा को संभावित नुकसान का हवाला देते हुए सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म से आपत्तिजनक पोस्ट को तुरंत हटाने का आदेश दिया है। AI सामग्री में कथित तौर पर मुख्यमंत्री को शराब विक्रेता और डिलीवरी एजेंट सहित विभिन्न अपमानजनक भूमिकाओं में दिखाया गया था। मुकदमे में सिंथेटिक मीडिया के निर्माण और प्रसार के खिलाफ स्थायी निषेधाज्ञा, अपराधियों की पहचान और ₹2,00,10,000 के मुआवजे की भी मांग की गई है।
