This remarkable feat places him alongside legends like Wayne Gretzky, Mike Bossy, and Mario Lemieux. McDavid reached the milestone with a five-point performance in a 6-5 shootout win against the Carolina Hurricanes on October 22. His consistent production, averaging 3.1 points per game, has also set a new Edmonton franchise benchmark for points through the initial 10 games of a season.
