NASA Activates New Deep Space Network Antenna

NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory has activated Deep Space Station 23, the newest addition to its Deep Space Network. The antenna officially began operations on Wednesday at the Goldstone Deep Space Communications Complex in California's Mojave Desert. This expansion brings the total number of antennas in the network to fifteen. The Deep Space Network is crucial for communicating with spacecraft exploring our solar system and beyond.
