Congress Leader Claims RSS Sought to Replace Constitution With Manusmriti
Times of India · politics
All India Congress Committee leader Captain Praveen Davar has labelled the RSS an anti-national movement, citing its three past bans, including one after Mahatma Gandhi's assassination. He stated that these bans indicated the government viewed the RSS as a threat to constitutional order and national security. Davar further alleged that Hindutva precursors have no connection to anti-colonial ideals and that the RSS did not hoist the national flag at its headquarters for decades post-independence. He urged party members to educate the public about this history.
