Mumbai's off-spinning all-rounder Tanush Kotian is focusing on improving his bowling skills with coaches Sunil Joshi and Jatin Paranjape ahead of the upcoming Ranji Trophy season. Kotian aims to impress selectors and earn a spot in the India A team. He has been working on variations, using the crease effectively, and bowling with the new ball, as demonstrated in the Duleep Trophy where he took eight wickets. Despite past criticisms about not taking enough top-order wickets, Kotian believes his performance speaks for itself.
